Despite efforts of the Governer of Nevada, Jim Gibbons to mediate between MGM/Mirage and Perini Construction, the Las Vegas Review Journal res reported that Perini has placed a lien against MGM CITYCENTER.

Today's Wall Street Journal reported that only about 100 condos have been closed at MGM CityCenter.

To the numerous buyers who call me each day looking fore repos and foreclosed condos at CITYCENTER - they simply do not exist.  I imagine that most of the buyers who closed on the luxury condos on the strip at Mandarin Oriental and VDARA were cash buyers, despite what the WSJ reports.
