I read something today in which a buyer wondered if they would have the ability, after viewing a house with a listing agent, to get their own representation for the purchase.
A response from some in the real estate contingent brought up "procuring cause", "ethics to the agent", and wasted time (114 comments)

My last post involved "open listings", and my feeling that they may be opportunities for promotion.
One of the assumptions that I had about "open listings" was that the seller would pay one agent (likely a buyer's agent) an amount LESS than a full listing dollar amount- negotiable, as we all (43 comments)
