Well, I guess life happens too...no more excuses!  Just when you think things are quieting down, real estate happens.  I am looking forward to posting my thoughts on pertinent real estate subjects such as:

• Appraisal Issues
• Short Sale Issues
• Pricing Issues

Right now these are the issues impacting the real estate market here in the Albuquerque area.  I will dive into those as time permits and hopefullly will gain some insight from others here on Active Rain.
