"Striking in appearance or effect" is one of the ways Webster defines the word "dramatic."
When we're selling a home, we want it to be striking in appearance. We want it to have an effect on the potential buyers (a good effect!). We want it to stand out from the crowd.
Let's have some DRAMA!
And do you know what one of the synonyms for "dramatic" is? Staged.

Time out for icicles - 01/22/09 08:45 PM
It froze last night here in Orlando, and since I ran my sprinklers last night, we had icicles this morning. They were so pretty, and this happens so rarely that partway to work this morning, I decided to turn around and go home to take some pictures of them. The Staging Is Doing Its Job! - 01/18/09 05:53 PM
Last month, Gloria Home Staging had the privilege of staging a townhouse in Casselberry, FL. It went on the market at the beginning of December, and the early results are in. During the month it has been listed, which included the Christmas and New Year's holidays, it had four showings, resulting in two offers! The price is excellent, and the staging is doing its part to get this home sold!
