This house is small. There is absolutely no way to get around that fact. It is very small - not even 1000 square feet - and every buyer who looked at it commented on it. It is beautifully remodeled and very charming, but the buyers said it was just too small. The master bedroom was the biggest stumbling block, being only 9' by 11' in size. How would their furniture fit in there?

Last month, Gloria Home Staging had the privilege of staging a townhouse in Casselberry, FL. It went on the market at the beginning of December, and the early results are in. During the month it has been listed, which included the Christmas and New Year's holidays, it had four showings, resulting in two offers! The price is excellent, and the staging is doing its part to get this home sold!

Being a professional home stager, I often speak with realtors about staging their listings. Something I hear regularly is that they will call me when they have the "right house" to stage. As a stager, I of course think that every house could benefit from staging at whatever level the owners can manage, so it puzzles me to hear that there seems to be a category of homes that are not "the right ones."
