REO/BPO COMPANIES - 06/15/07 09:24 AM
Just wanted to ask if there is anyone who would like to share the REO/BPO companies they work for with us. The market is a little slow here and I am trying to help some of my agents get some extra work. I am signed up with several myself, but nothing much is coming our way. All the agents in our office have access to the same companies and we would be glad to share them with any one wanting them. We have been doing some research ourselves and I happened to think of adding a blog for help. Thanks in (1 comments)
Referrals - 06/08/07 10:11 AM
I would just like to let all Realtors know that we will work referrals in our office. If you have someone wanting to move to Laurinburg, Wagram, Laurel Hill, Gibson, Marston, Maxton, Pembroke, North Carolina, give us a call and we can discuss the terms. Also I would like to have phone numbers, fax numbers and especially email addresses of Realtors who would like to work with us. You can email me at LWatts01@yahoo.com or call me at 910-276-6105. Our company is Positive Properties LLC. (0 comments)
North Carolina - 06/01/07 09:59 AM
I just wanted to brag a little about the community I live in. Scotland County is a very nice community. The beach and mountains are only about 100 miles away. We are in between two major cities, Charlotte and Raleigh. We also border South Carolina. Scotland County also has a lot of historical sites to visit. The name of our city is Laurinburg. Scotland County also includes the smaller communities of Gibson, Wagram, Laurel Hill and Marston. We have several festivals during the year. So if you ever want a nice place to live or visit, come see us. (0 comments)
