Miracle Dog named Faith (Kleenex time)

This is 'Faith'

This dog was born on Christmas Eve in the year 2002. He was born with 3 legs - 2 healthy hind legs and 1 abnormal front leg which need to be amputated. He of course could not walk when he was born. Even his mother did not want him.

His first owner also did not think that he can survive. Therefore, he was thinking of 'putting him to sleep'.
By this time, his present owner, met him and wanted to take care of him.
She is determined to teach and train this dog to walk by himself. Therefore she named him 'Faith'.

In the beginning, she put Faith on a surfing board to let him feel the movements. Later she used peanut butter on
a spoon as a lure and reward for him to stand up and jump around. Even the other dog at home also helped to
encourage him to walk. Amazingly, only after 6 months, like a miracle, Faith learned to balance on his 2 hind legs
and jumped to move forward. After further training in the snow, he now can walk like a human being.

Faith loves to walk around now. No matter where he goes, he just attracts all the people around him.
He is now becoming famous on the international scene. He has appeared on various newspapers and TV shows.
There is even one book entitled 'With a little faith' being published about him.

In life there are always undesirable things. Perhaps one will feel better if one changes the point of view from another direction.

I hope this message will bring fresh new ways of thinking to everyone and that everyone can appreciate and be thankful for each beautiful day that follows.

I am a very busy person most of the time. I also have a birthday coming up in Ocober.

I think the fall of the year is my favorite because of all the beautiful colors the trees turn.

I can also skate (growed up skating in skating rink) Would not attempt it now though, due to arthiritis and fibromyalgia.

I want to help raise money for a needy family in my hometown next month.

I have been blessed with one son and three grandchildren.

I wish I could take away all the sickness in my family.

I hate liars and thiefs.

I miss my friends I growed up with and my family that has passed away.

I fear the unknown.

I feel blessed everyday to be able to accomplish everything the Lord allows me to.

I hear that someone else is going to get tagged and have to come up with all these answers. LOL

I smell very little right now. My sinus' are a little stopped up.

I search for new friends all the time.

I regret that I don't have more time to spend with family and friends.

I love my family more than any thing else in the world.

I care about people's feelings and I do try hard not to be a negative person to them.

I always tell my husband, son and grandkids that I love them.

I am not going to be nice the next time a certain Realtor snaps at me. Watch out, I'm ready for the battle.

I believe that all the mysteries of this world will someday be revealed to us by God.

I dance with my little dog and my grandchildren.

I sing with my husband in Church and at Benefits.

I don't have alot of spare time.

I write poetry and songs. Oh and BLOGS (lol)

I win next to nothing.

I lose sense of time when I am on Active Rain.

I never judge a person on someone else's remarks.

I listen to gospel, country and rock and roll. I love Elvis Pressley.

I can usually be found at work, home or the grocery store.

I am scared of things that go bump in the night...

I read the Bible, blogs, newspaper, contracts, contracts and more contracts.

I forget time when I am on Active Rain or having a good time.

I am happy about my grandkids coming to visit, visiting friends and family, going to Church, relaxing at home or just riding around the countryside.

The Love Story of Ralph and Edna:

Just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to, doesn't
mean they don't love you with all they have.

Ralph and Edna were both patients in a mental hospital. One day while
they were walking past the hospital swimming pool. Ralph suddenly jumped
into the deep end. He sank to the bottom of the pool and stayed there.

Edna promptly jumped in to save him. She swam to the bottom and pulled
him out.
When the Head Nurse Director became aware of Edna's heroic act,she
immediately ordered her to be discharged from the hospital, as she now
considered her to be mentally stable.

When she went to tell Edna the news she said, 'Edna, I have good news
and bad news. The good news is you're being discharged, since you were
able to rationally respond to a crisis by jumping in and saving the life
of the person you love. I have concluded that your act displays sound
mindedness. The bad news is, Ralph hung himself in the bathroom with his
bathrobe belt right after you saved him. I am so sorry, but he's dead.'

Edna replied, 'He d idn't hang himself, I put him there to dry. How soon
can I go home?'

Another Day In The Life Of A Realtor

Every Tuesday we have open house for Realtors. This is so the Realtors can preview the homes before showing them. Four of us from the office piled in a car to go preview the homes. We came to the first home on our list and we went in. We went from room to room, left our card and left. We were riding down the road when it felt like something was biting me on my leg in different spots. I didn't pay too much attention to begin with, but then I noticed the other three scratching too. One of the other Realtors made a funny sound and said, I am covered in fleas. To my surprise, so was I and the rest too. The Realtor that was driving stopped the car in the middle of the road and all four of us jumped out and started trying to get the fleas off of us. I really didn't give it much thought at the moment, but now I can imagine what the cars going down the road was thinking. After shaking our clothes and brushing the fleas off, we decided to continue on our preview journey. We came to the next home and as we were getting out of the car some of our fellow Realtors from another office was rushing out the door holding their noses and gagging. As I was stepping out of the car I saw a pot-bellied PIG in a fenced in area in the front yard and three huge dogs in another fenced area. I thought-WOW, what a combination. We met up with the other Realtors and between gagging noises, they told us we didn't need to go in that home. I got tickled and started laughing. I was thinking, after the fleas, I could master a little smell. We went in (big mistake) and two of the Realtors with me took off out the door. The other agent and myself decided it wasn't really that bad (big mistake). We started walking around and the odor got a little stronger each area we were in. We opened the door to one of the bedrooms and I wasn't laughing anymore. The odor was so bad, it made your eyes water. We also took off and run out the door. I called the Realtor who had it listed and asked her what was that odor. She said it came from the pig and the dogs living in the house. The pig was actually a pet just like the dogs and they all stayed in the home with the homeowner. This was a nice home in a nice neighborhood. You just never know what a home is like until you go inside. So always be prepared and take bug spray and a clothes pin for your nose with you-JUST IN CASE...

Why Is The Cover Moving?

I went with a fellow Realtor in our office to help him get pictures of a home and to preview the home while I was there. I was going from room to room to take pictures for a tour and I came to the master bedroom. The other Realtor was behind me. As I aimed my camera, the cover started moving and zig zagging. I hollered before I realized it and the other Realtor jumped and was asking what is wrong? I told him the cover was moving on the bed in a very wierd way. By that time I had backed completly out of the room with no intentions of going back. He looked around the door at the bed and said he didn't see any thing. I told him, well that is too bad, I did and I am not going back in there. Then all of a sudden he got tickled. He then informed me the people had a small dog and they had told him the dog stayed in there alot. I decided to go back and look under the bed to see if there was a dog in there. Courage is sometimes not my strongest attribute. I knealt down and sure enough, there was the cutest little dog under the bed. I guess I scared him as much as he scared me. I could not get him to come out. We laughed about it later, but at the moment I was sure there was something unnatural in there with us...

Sadness in China

My heart really goes out to the people in China. I can't even imagine what they must have went through. So many still lost and the death count rising every minute. I myself am saying a silent prayer for them and I really do hope others will join in and say one too.
