Just wanted to share this photo of our cow and bull elk that we raise - cooliing off in the pond we built for them.  Libby the cow is very tame and will come up to you and want to be petted - Luke the bull - on his second year rack which we have been told is huge for his age is not some forth coming and tend to stay back and keep his distance - unless there is food involved.  We also have a week old elk we are bottle feeding - more photos of her to come too in the future.  We just enjoy seeing and raising these wild animals on our farm - people drive down the road just to see these exotics in the wild and it's a treat to those that cannot go on a trip to see them.  We get lots of children, older adults and all ages asking to come to our farm and enjoy.  We alway comply.  See for yourself. ture.
