I sit in my office, waiting for the phone to call, as it is my turn for floor duty. The brokerage that I work with does not believe in answering machines. My broker believes that when people call our general number, they are ready to speak to a real live person that can answer questions, or give out cell phone numbers of an agent with out having to push a lot of buttons. Dispelling the Myth -- Why Real Estate Agents Aren't (Exactly) Used Car Salesmen - 12/06/09 12:28 PM
I think I'm going to print this and hand it out at the next sales meeting! I did not write this, but it is full of great points. Get a buyer's agent when you are looking for a house. It will save you a lot of time and trouble, and you'll have a person looking out for YOUR best interests, instead of the seller's.
