hud: News Flash - Downpayment Assistance Programs To Be Discontinued by HUD - 10/22/07 04:00 PM
Downpayment Assistance Programs (DAPs) which are funded with seller contributions to the buyer will be discontinued by HUD.
Translation: Less chance of buyers qualifying for loans
