Right now FRE is down 33% to $5.32 and FNM is down 31% to $9.08
FRE was $63.00 just last October. NOW ITS A PENNY STOCK!

Downpayment Assistance Programs (DAPs) which are funded with seller contributions to the buyer will be discontinued by HUD. Translation: Less chance of buyers qualifying for loans I dont see it as good news for buyers or lenders. Is anyone doing these kind of loans and will it have an effect on YOUR business? (1 comments)
