You’re not alone if you encounter bad behavior. Independent study’s suggests that bullying is widespread, staggering, vast, “1 in 8 of us supposedly has experienced a bully.

Don’t be fooled by appearance, a bully isn’t just an oversized mean person, the bully has no gender preference, it can … (2 comments)

There are limits? - 04/09/12 11:34 PM
Knowledge, To What Extent Are There Limits?

It is often said that the longing for understanding is one of the most important forces that drive an individual straight on; at least, one that’s grasped a dependable level of development. It’s often an individual, if given ample time and power doesn’t like to stop until one knows every bit that’s there to be known. The only knowledge that separates one from absolute is the necessity of death.
On the one hand, an individual cannot attain far-reaching knowledge for the fundamental purpose of one’s life being limited – (the information that extends … (0 comments)

Before listening to your buddy - 04/09/12 10:21 PM
“Can you tell me about these items please?”

My buddy says; “the house looks great”, he thinks it’s a waste of money to pay for a home inspection?
You want to forgo an inspection on the home you’re buying?
FYI, “At a dreadful level, a house is a structure that sets in motion to fail the moment it's built”.
“Maintenance", is the best action for slowing down the process of your home deteriorating. Think of it like your car, with every oil change there are maintenance items that need to be addressed, but it doesn’t mean with every oil … (5 comments)

The Real Estate Market shifting up suggests consumers are more informed

I feel that the Real Estate Market itself tells the story! Consumers are entering the Real Estate Market and buying-up homes fast, they’re noticing the sales patters shooting-up. The effort in marketing by the REALTOR® is working. Consumers are paying closer attention, being more Realistic. The Real Estate Market shifting up suggests consumers are more informed and in-tune with Interest rates etc. Consumers go online they simply want to see lists of homes, so they hop on and off sites to get that information.

BRAVEHART - 04/08/12 07:27 PM
My first introduction to (William Wallace) and his remarkable life, through the movie BRAVEHART; the movie was unforgettable.  I didn’t know anything about William Wallace or his amazing life till after I saw the movie. Through the eyes of Mel Gibson, I watched for the first time “Bravehart”, “I’ll never forget walking out of that movie, immediately I begged my wife to see it again.
Even though 1995 was a long time ago; I remember every emotion provoked by the movie, I still carry very strong memories from the movie.
Some historians knock the movie for having some inaccuracies. … (11 comments)

Don't be apprehensive! - 04/08/12 05:52 PM
Kock on the door; "it's ok to introduce yourself"

You will have a successful real estate practice if you consistently put yourself in the public’s eye enough for them to consistently see you. The truth of the matter is that knocking on doors is hard work, and the rejections are countless and not always well-mannered with you.
Don't let the sad, condescending individual waiting for the second you knock on their door discourage you. Conventional, healthy individuals can respectfully ask you what the aim of your official visit is, and tell you they’re not interested without making you be apprehensive … (4 comments)

Center on success! - 04/08/12 11:48 AM
Be a successful REALTOR®; NOT a critical one!

Think about what “you” do; your success centers on it.

Being critical of other REALTOR’S® isn’t positive for you to be doing and won’t advance you to success in Real Estate. What is critical for you success as a REALTOR®, reaching-out to your vast core audience, providing accurate information so they call on you for their business.
A knowledgeable REALTOR® keeps their mind on providing their consumers with factual information.  “Don’t get caught-up” it only makes you look bad noticing the local competition isn’t accurate or they’re misleading consumers. Pointing-out … (2 comments)

Appeal to core consumers. - 04/08/12 10:27 AM
Do you seems small; how’s your appeal?

“Don’t be small in Business”! Appeal to core consumers.
It’s very easy to be methodical in Real Estate; “the best REALTOR® understands, Real Estate minded consumers won’t find them if they’re being laid-back! If you want to consumers to take steps and explicitly associate themselves with you and your brand, “make them feel like they’re missing out by not using you for their Real Estate needs.
Creating your identity to consumers takes time; “but it’s worth it. Competition in Real Estate is intense. The top-notchREALTOR® takes the passive Real Estate observer directly to … (2 comments)

Drama over at the water-cooler - 04/07/12 09:06 PM
By the water-cooler; “not too many boring moments”

The water-cooler talk always gets exciting when the discussion is about the “Open House”, but yesterday; something had to be in the water!
"Yesterday debating the Open-House”; it seemed the water-cooler juice went fast as many drank from it.
A crowd gathered around (2) Agents with two unique personalities that slammed into each other yesterday; they saw the, “Open-House” completely different!
I actually started to agree with the Agent (1) who’s passionate about the (open-house) being good no- matter what. The crowd went crazy when Agent (1) laid into Agent (2), … (3 comments)

The reality of percentages in numbers as they grow; they produce the assurance of a few Zidiots in the numbers.
“It seems obvious, it's because its obvious” “Zidiots”!

The future is here! - 04/07/12 01:06 PM

The latest way to fight crime, it’s called; “technology”!

The late Steve Jobs knew how to help others; he probably got a kick out of this recent story.
April 4th 2012,
A Huntington Beach, CA resident awakes to find someone broke into his home stealing some jewelry and his iPad. He had a weird dream that night, but did not think he was being robed.
Quickly the man rushes to his iPhone, within a few seconds by using an application that allows his phone to locate his iPad; he pinpointed it to the exact location. In … (2 comments)

Safety first!

It’s very important landlords remain active keeping-up to code; their patrons deserve it; especially when children have gymnastics classes!
Tuesdays I have the unique honor to take my 9ry daughter to her 1 ½ hour gymnastics class, “I love it and look forward to it every Tuesday. Yesterday, “I witnessed firsthand why safety is important and saves lives!

Ambitious greatness! - 04/04/12 12:18 PM
“You’re welcome” Thank You!

Ambitious Greatness!

“You’re welcome” Thank You! Through-out the day I have this conversation a lot.  I’ve noticed there are a few different ways a “thank you” or “you’re welcome” You just sold a home for a client; your client will say thank you in a business-tone; “sort of an expected or perceived thank you. You help-out an unexpected individual needing help; the thank you has a much different-tone to it. Both are great and always the best remedy to personal happiness, and to provoke 12 muscles to move! Become a better Realtor! - 04/04/12 11:22 AM
Open communication is learning! A one-side opinion isn’t learning or real.

Lost opportunity, lost communication by deceit; tainted process!

Those who disconnect themselves away from others with whom they disagree do themselves and the rest of society a disfavor. They lose the possibility to learn from revealing who they are because of their unbending opinions. They lose the chance to be diverse with their own “opinions/set values” for the common sense under pressure from outside judgment with stronger views. This causes the practical and higher learning system to be tainted and the process that lets you collaborate with … (2 comments)

Leadership roles. - 04/02/12 04:01 PM
How are you viewed?

What type of leading is yours!
Immediate results stem from long-term goals. Leaders also stem from the result of long-term goals. A long–term goal isn’t necessary for the job, but usually makes for better leadership! Define leadership; “the process by which a person influences individuals to bring about an objective”.
Are leaders born or taught; most will say leadership skills are not inborn but can be learned gradually through education, dedication and self-study. The existing belief is that leadership can be taught. On the center of my life encounters and as I classify leadership; “it’s my vocation … (8 comments)

“The client wishing to be sage with your commission, (negotiable)
“The client that never stops complaining, (feels their owed something endlessly)
To some extent, the rules of engagement may seem difficult, too me they’re not! The call which doesn’t allow enough time for your seller to get the house ready to show, “the protocol should be very easy, BE STRAITHFORTH”
