It Isn't Football Without the Tailgating!!! - 08/26/10 01:31 PM

I was one of those who has never been to a Patriot's Game until October 18th, 2009 when they took on the Titans and won 53-0.  That was a great game but the rain was pouring and the snow was falling and I don't remember having much feeling left in my hands after half time.

The Listing Agent took the $30 Carbon Monoxide Detector? What? - 08/25/10 08:02 PM
I got a call from a buyer client who was curious to know what had happened to his carbon monoxide detector?  The smoke and carbon monoxide inspections were done a week before closing, the closing happened.  Two months later, after an insurance company viewed the property, they noticed the carbon monoxide detector was missing.
The owner believes that the listing agent did the inspection with the fire department and after providing the dectector for the fire inspector then took the detector.
