For all the neigh say-ors out there thinking it's all doom and gloom, this post is for you. It's my personal option that now is the best time to invest in real estate in Sandpoint Idaho. Whether you are looking at Dover Bay, Schweitzer mountain ski resort, a cabin in the woods. A ranch in the Selle valley or a cute little bungalow in town, the prices are low, the short sales are becoming more time friendly and successful, there are lots of bank owned properties to choose from and you can get a USDA loan that offers as good as … (0 comments)
