Clean, Clean, Clean... - 03/04/11 01:10 PM
If there is only one thing that a seller should do to make a difference with their home before they put it on the market is clean it. I don't mean get the maid in to do a usual cleaning, but a DEEEEEP cleaning! No matter how old, outdated or how much work it needs, it should be clean. Being a 2nd Generation Pasadena area Realtor, I learned long ago from my Realtor mom (Joan Bothast, Coldwell Banker San Marino 35 years!) that clean trumps all.
