I know where the market is right now and every listing counts, but one thing I have learned, not just in real estate, but in long established sales career, SET THE RIGHT TONE and PRICE EXPECTATION from the beginning and avoid the headaches or even losing the listing down the road. How much fun can one have in a day? God certainly did make Sundays beautiful any which way you look at it! Last Sunday my 12 yr. old was baptized and today......well my 3 yr. old little boy caught his VERY 1st fish on his grandmother's pier in Murrells Inlet, SC. I don't think there is anything you can compare to the pure excitement of a first time fish for a little boy! It was the best!! I just wanted to wish all the wonderful Mom's out there today a very Happy Mother's Day! As a Mom of 5 it seems like time flies by in a blink. I start this article with great pride and joy! One year ago, a magnificent group of local Pawleys Island, SC volunteers and I started the first Annual St. Christopher's Children 5k Race. Starting a 5k charity based race was no easy task, but we were all up for the challenge!
