I was thinking this morning what to blog about. I looked around and there it was........laying on my desk, a brochure I had just picked up from a rack at a grocery store in Pawleys Island. Good Morning to all! I just wanted to take a moment to share the wonderful things that our schools in Pawleys Island, SC, Georgetown County School systems are doing with our children. Waccamaw Intermediate school, where my daughter attends, presented an amazing display of art done by the children in our local Pawleys Island community. As I was trying to concentrate my kids were running around the house, my 3 year old climbing all over the top of me and then I hear it..."Mom, let's go to the beach!" As some of you know I have been working on obtaining my real estate license in South Carolina. I am so pleased to say the journey is finally close to being done!! This is a very common problem and can be delaying the sale of the home on the market. Realtors can be in a very delicate situation when you KNOW your client desperately needs their home staged. You don't want to offend your client in fear of losing the listing or creating bad feelings. You need that client to believe in you! What do you do?? Bring in a home stager!!
