Home prices are lower than they have been in years, if you want your listings to sell; I highly recommend having a professional home stager assist you or your client with the home. Statistics show (in my local market) that a stage home sells 33% faster than a home that is not staged. Bathroom decorating/home staging is so important. Bathrooms help sell homes, especially the master bath. Make sure you clean out ALL the clutter!! You ALWAYS want to have your master bath sparkling clean, windows and mirrors included. Add a simple flower arrangement, fragranced soaps and a few new spa towels and you have it! Remember if you have your home for sale, people are there to imagine themselves in the house so remove the personal items. A simple, clean look always works.
