The coast, San Luis &amp;amp; South County show less inventory as well, but not to the extent we do in North County. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="color: #333333; font-size: 12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Ironically, a lot of these efforts are spent on the elusive online tech savvy buyer.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color: #ff0000;"&gt;Approximately 89% of home buyers start their real estate search on the Internet.&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp; That doesn't mean they will pick a Realtor from that Internet search.&amp;nbsp; They may, but they may not.&amp;nbsp; That brings me to my point.&amp;nbsp; There are a lot of people&amp;nbsp; around you that have real estate needs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;span style="color: #ff0000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Talk to a local radio station about becoming a local expert on real estate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; Radio stations always need a "go to" person to call up when a related topic comes up.&amp;nbsp; You will be the voice of the local real estate market.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;

&lt;span style="color: #ff0000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;You can do the same thing with a local TV station.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; You become the face and the voice of the local real estate market.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;

&lt;span style="color: #ff0000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Don't leave out the local paper.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #003300;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;They need experts too, and they love free services.&amp;nbsp; Don't we all?&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;

&lt;span style="color: #ff0000;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;Offer real estate related classes to your community.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: large;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Arial;"&gt;&amp;nbsp; People want to know about &lt;strong&gt;short sales&lt;/strong&gt;, or the impact of a &lt;strong&gt;deed in lieu&lt;/strong&gt; or a &lt;strong&gt;foreclosure&lt;/strong&gt;.&amp;nbsp; They want to know how to buy as a first time buyer.&amp;nbsp; Partner with a local lender and offer a mortgage class sponsored by both companies.&lt;br&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
