In an email I sent today to a friend and co-Realtor I realized it is up to me to make it in this market. I own my Attitude and It carries a lot of weight in how I carry myself and how productive I am in my daily life. Instead of waiting for my clients to walk through the front door (I have a home office) I'm Sending my mailers in the morning. Today I will finalize them, go to the printer, stuff and stamp them. Make sure you have pictures and video it will attract more buyers. I started a blog group on Active Rain called "You Blog". Networking is so important and you meet some really great people.
