In an email I sent today to a friend and co-Realtor I realized it is up to me to make it in this market. I own my Attitude and It carries a lot of weight in how I carry myself and how productive I am in my daily life. Instead of waiting for my clients to walk through the front door (I have a home office) I'm Sending my mailers in the morning. Today I will finalize them, go to the printer, stuff and stamp them. In this market where services can be competitive it helps to have the upper hand. Yahoo and Google are great search engines, but there is so much more.
