I don't know about you but I like to make sure I write down what I see. I feel Its my duty to my clients. I've noticed that most (not all) agents are careless in their report. If I see hooks in the ceiling I will write it down. Trivial and minor by some standards I suppose, but they were there. I was just wondering how detailed others get. I always express the importance of a home inspection, but that that will not show some of the things our visual report does.

I just read an article that was done by Consumers Report: It states that's of the 11,000+ people who sold or tried to sell their home over 70% were successful in negotiating the agents fees. Some fees were as low as 3 or 4 %. Most of the sellers were just as happy as if they had paid a higher rate of commission.
I pose two questions wrong with this article, one, How quickly did this home sell and Two, As agents how do you feel about cutting you commission's?
