I have received so many blogs many are just supportive but more times they are contained with question. I responded to some privately, but it started to take a lot of time and a lot of the questions were similar. First off I live in California so my laws and rules may be different than yours, always check with your broker or someone in charge. Why would I spend my time and money when I don't even have the listing?

I want to share a bit about what I learned the other day from Brett Noel. He a Success Coach in our Keller Williams office in Paso Robles. He is one of those people that when he explains something, I think "Why didn't I do that or "Why didn't I thinkof that? On this particular day I was in a regular KW class, not a coaching class or in a coaching session. This is a continuation of A previous blog. I don't have an exact count on how many agents do Friday Open Houses in our office, But when ever I see a sign I always try to stop by and say hi. It allows me to see the inventory and be supportive. That's one of the many great things about Keller Williams, we are team players.

Try doing a 3-6 Open house, you will capture all the after school traffic as well as the after work commuters. This work best in town where your signs are visible. The more signs the better!
