The massive home at 4000 Turnberry Drive in West Des Moines sits on 40 acres and boasts a massive party barn, an indoor swimming pool, and a private car wash. The home's original owner, local businessman Denny Elwell, placed an ad in the Wall Street Journal to attract buyers.The buyer of the home purchased the property under a business name to keep his/her identity confidential.
