Yes, that's a song title to some, but also it's an important part of real estate sales.  Do you love your job?   Do you love your home?   How about your crabby neighbor?   Well, maybe two out of three here, but let's think about it.   How can we do out best at something we hate doing?   We can't.    How can we show homes to buyers, that we know they won't like, much less love.   Is it in hopes they'll change their mind?   That's not usually the case so why waste your time or theirs?   That's another reason I never push anyone to buy something.  NEVER.   I believe in doing my homework and finding out what my buyers are looking for and finding the best possible properties to show, based on their likes and dislikes.  I also believe in gathering all the pertinent material and facts so I don't have to stand there and say....."gee, I don't know, but I'll find out".    I come prepared to show homes my buyers can love.......and I love my job.  What more can I say?
