docket no r1305: Letter to the Fed - 04/08/08 07:36 PM

Dear Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve,
My name is Lisa Epstein. I am founder and president (and broker of record) for JL Epstein, Inc. dba Leap Lending, a small 6-person mortgage brokerage based in San Diego, CA. I am writing because I feel compelled to comment on the potential new Fed rule as it relates to mortgage brokers and their loan originators.
