Big Price Increases for South Dakota Hay, Crop, Range and Pasture Land Are you considering a home with horse property, or investment land, around Rapid City or the Black Hills?  Agricultural land prices have more than doubled in the past five years and jumped almost five-fold since 2000.  "The booming market psychology of recent years has returned and strengthened," according to authors of the most recent annual survey.

What Does Rapid City Look Like? Rapid City is still a small old-west town, simple and sincere in character, serene and secluded nestled into the Black Hills. You can still ride a bike down Main Street.
You can even walk or bicycle to quietly peaceful trails that sometimes burst with mountain biking excitement for special events.
