I've been reading a little book that our Broker gave to us and all the other Realtors at our monthly MLS Breakfast meeting. The book is titled Promises & Prayers For Times of Uncertainty and it's a daily devotional. This really touched my spirit today and I wanted to share it with you.

See Your Welcome Sign! A couple of years ago we started having these signs made up for our Buyers. They love driving up to their new mountain home and seeing their personalized "Welcome Home" sign to greet them. Many that have purchased land here in Murphy, NC and the tri-state area get their own personalized sign too.

We have many clients that aren't even here at closing, and are back in their home town closing through the mail, so they really appreciate getting a photo of their new property sent to them. It's just a special little touch we like … (5 comments)
