The Mountain Living Team in Murphy, NC had a back-to-back closing today. The Roberts had their cabin listed with us at Coldwell Banker High Country and we’d also been showing them larger homes in the Murphy area for their anticipated offer and move.
Well, we got their residence under contract so it was really time to get busy, narrow down the list and find them the right new home to move in to. They absolutely love the area and wanted to stay within a few miles of the very desirable subdivisions just minutes to downtown Murphy, NC.

We stopped in to see The Village Green while passing through Cashiers, NC and found some lovely sculpture along their many paths. Established in 1992 with the vision of one and the hard work of many, the center of Cashiers was saved from becoming a hotel. It was given to the village of Cashiers for a community park. The property was transferred to the Village Conservancy, a non-profit charitable corporation which was established to preserve, restore and maintain the character of this very special community.

Do you all remember those great summer vacation memories and the excitement of getting new school clothes and supplies?
Can you believe Back to School is just around the corner?Cherokee County Schools will start back on Wednesday, August 25th. Seems like they start back earlier and earlier each year. Here is a link for more information on the Cherokee County, NC Schools.
