real estate: Junaluska Creek in beautiful North Carolina - 01/30/10 02:53 PM

This flowing Junaluska Creek running through Andrews, NC is just one of the many NC creeks, lake and areas named after Chief Junaluska, the Cherokee chief who saved Andrew Jackson's life in the 1814 Battle of Horseshoe against the Creek Indians. Years later, Jackson betrayed his rescuer when he signed the Indian Removal Act, and in turn the great Cherokee leader earned the name we know him by—Junaluska, meaning "he tried repeatedly but failed."

Are you marketing a lovely 3 Bedroom home that doesn’t have a Septic System to match? When we take that listing, pull the deed, covenants & restrictions, HOA, etc, and start up our marketing plan, don’t forget one more permit to pull…the Septic Permit. And if it’s not your listing, and the listing agent hasn’t pulled one, make sure you do. Making sure you’ve got all these details handled upfront will make your life and transactions run much smoother.
