Come on out to the Stecoah Valley Cultural Arts Center on Saturday, April 28, 2012 from 11:00-4:00, for the Stecoah Ramp Festival. They’ll be hosting a full-on festival for the 50th anniversary of celebrating ramps in Graham County. Ramps add a wonderful and uniquely pungent flavor to soups, egg dishes, casseroles, rice dishes and potato dishes. One of our favorite ways to have them is baked in cornbread muffins!
