Here in middle Tennessee, THDA has programs to help first-time home-buyers with their down payment and closing costs. They have three options to choose from.

The Great Rate Program, a below market interest rate.

The Great Advantage Program, 2% of the total loan amount for the buyer's down payment and closing costs.

The Great Advantage Program, 4% of the buyer's down payment and closing costs.
