The birds are coming to Rockport, TX! September brought the annual hummingbird migration. The event is celebrated at the Hummer/Bird Festival held the second week-end after Labor Day each year. Locals hang feeders and faithfully fill them with home-made necter. This year the hummers were so prolific that the local grocery stores ran out of sugar!
