Do You Know Someone Who Is Always Angry? I was talking to a buddy of mine this weekend and we were discussing an angry guy. Someone asked the question...."why is he so angry"? The response was...."don't worry about it. No matter what, this guy is always angry" I have learned that in order to improve yourself, you must first look in the mirror and be honest with yourself. Are You a VULTURE or a SPARROW? One of the things that we all have to do from time to time is to be honest with ourselves. We have to look in the mirror and determine if like what we see. I always contend that we become similar to the people that we associate with. If you associate with vultures, YOU are probably a vulture. I received an offer on a home listed for sale in Burlington County, New Jersey. The potential buyers wanted a quick 3 week closing. The sellers were not going to be able to comply with the proposed closing date, but wanted to see if they could come to a mutual agreement.

Allow Me To Digress for a moment. It recently came to my attention that in some states convicted felons are not allowed to vote. Voting is a civil right and you forfeit certain rights, temporarily anyway, when convicted of a serious crime. Some state disenfranchise convicted felons. This means that they are not allowed to vote even after they have finished serving their sentence. Now I understand that there is some case law that supports this (I am not a lawyer, nor do i play one on TV). But somehow, this doesn't seem fair to me. So why are these same convicted … (9 comments)
