I recently started growing a full beard.  You know....It's the winter.  I have no hair on my head and if I ever go skiing, it will keep my face warm.   Plus my wife likes it (its her preference actually). 
Those all sound like good excuses.  I am not sure what I think about it. I have visions of looking cool with the stubble look like Don Johnson.  Or maybe I could grow a really long beard like Abe Lincoln.  Yeah, that's the ticket.  But every year, I usually get the same reaction from at least 2 people

Well I Finally Did It
Leander McClain has finally jumped ship.  Exit Realty treated me well during my formative years in Real Estate.  I am thankful for all that I learned from my first two brokers Chris Spada & Larry Walker.  In some cases, I learned what to do....in others, I learned what not to do.

Last Week my fellow blogger and friend John Cannata tagged me with a MEME.  Now I have only lived here for a few months, so I was not sure what to do.  I remembered seeing one on Sally Cheeseman'sblog.  But I thought it was just Sally bragging on herself (and she has a right too:).

I sat by the computer, stopwatch and credit card in hand and  was able to sponsor the neighborhoods that I wanted in localism. 
 GREAT
HOWEVER, when I visited my neighborhood, another participant had already filled the site with pictures and his own local advertising.  Ok, I understand how the site works.....so I thought.  So I wrote a description, put in my links and wrote a post.  Since the previous post was authored March 2008, I figured that my updated post would push the old ones down and mine would show up at the top.

One of my favorite keyboard/organ players Billy Preston used to sing a song titled Nothing From Nothing, Leaves Nothing.  In this day and age, it seems that there are always people who are looking for a magic pill. In my old bedroom in my moms house is a relic of my childhood.   It's a stuffed tiger that I received when I was born. That was 43 years ago.  The tiger doesn't have a name, but was one of my favorite toys when I was a child.  When one of his glass eyes fell out, my grandmother sewed a button in it's place.  When it split open down its back, my mom sewed a patch on it's back.  As far as I was concerned, he was good as new.  My little tiger will be around as long as I am.  … (0 comments)
