These days it seems that most Realtors are focusing buyers.  Many agents do not want the task of selling a home in this market.  You hear..."it's a great time to buy a home", it's a buyers market, "there are too many sellers and not enough buyers".  Well I am going to make the argument that NOW may a great time to SELL your home.

What Should I DO??
Everyone wants to know if we have hit the bottom of the real estate market.  No one knows.  Real estate is cyclical & regional.  I always tell my clients not to try and time the market, but to buy or sell to meet their needs.  I also tell my clients to look at real estate as a long term investment (minimum 5 years).  So no matter what the market looks like, it is the right time to buy for some, it is the right time to sell for others and the time to hold for the … (0 comments)
