I join ActiveRain with high hopes.  Hopes of learning from all of the many successful realtors throughout the country and hopes of sharing some success stories of my own that might help someone out there to hang in there.  Real estate professionals are struggling across the country.  I am not only a licensed agent actively listing and selling property in the Northern Kentucky area.  I also work with RE/MAX Affiliates to coach, train and recruit agents both experienced and new to the business.  I have spent a lot of time "coaching" lately...helping agents to put together business plans, stay on track and just reminding them of all they have to offer a customer.  Forget about the "doom and gloom" and continue working...harder and smarter.  I look foward to learning from you all!
