home loans: Can Money Save Me? - 07/24/08 12:19 AM

Ok all this talk about a mortgage rescue what does it really mean? Someone help me out here can money save distressed homeowners? Well I guess there are some who may have lost jobs or downsized but lets take a look at a bigger picture. This country is driven by debt being in trillions of dollars of debt and we follow along that same path. More than 70% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck (including me but I have woke up an smelled the roses and working to get out of the rat race) so guess what happens if someone loses … (2 comments)

home loans: Can I Get A Loan Please! - 07/09/08 10:18 PM

I have a buyer who has a credit score of 529 and they say they have some small stuff that they can clean up. I'm hearing people say they can get people loans with a credit score low as 460 or somewhere around there. Can they get approved for a mortgage or will they have to bring there score up?
