The event will begin at noon. The Cool Cities program recognizes local governments that commit to reducing greenhouse gas emissions 7 percent below 1990 levels within five years. Whether you have a home listed or are showing perspective buyers homes for the day how consistent, thorough and sincere are you when you leave feedback? For me? I take feedback on my listings very seriously. Both myself and my sellers look for that feedback to gain an unbiased opinion on the home. From an objective standpoint, was the home clean, was it cluttered, how was the curb appeal, was it staged to showcase it's positive features and diminish it's negative features, compared to the neighborhood was it priced competitively, did you feel there were any repairs that were needed, what improvements (9 comments)

Did you make it out? Better yet, did you make it out alive?Linville was swarming with people this past weekend! I felt somewhat sorry for the actual residents there. I arrived early both days and you could just see the full-time residents filter out of the neighborhood for the day to avoid the mass of people driving through and the tour buses on route. There was one bus with 43 people that showed up in Linville.From my perspective it was a huge success! I had many people tour 11229 Conley Cove Court and they were in awe of the incredible craftsmanship, (0 comments)

Wow - Can you believe it? It's almost NC State Fair time! That means cooler weather, crispy fall leaves, the smell of funnel cakes and roasted corn on the cob, ferris wheels, rides and games - OH MY! If you have never been to the NC State Fair - I sincerely hope that you find the time this year. It truely does has something for all ages! This years entertainment ranges from Carolina's own Daughtry to the Food Networks Paula Deen. It is sure to be entertaining! Fantastic find in Wake Forest! Perched on a slight hill this beautiful home offers great views in the front of the mature landscaping and shade trees and the back yard is very private with perimeter trees/shrubs. Oversized screened porch with ceiling fan and great oversized deck all exceptional for enjoying the outdoors. Entire downstairs has crown moulding! Formal dining room also has chair railing and bay window which only adds to the formal experience.
