happy holidays: The Holidays Are A Great Time To Sell A House! - 12/01/08 07:45 PM
Every year I get the same call right about the same time!  It is from a seller that is contemplating taking their home off the market over the Holidays and re-listing after the New Year.  She asked me what I thought......Here is what I tell my sellers and I thought I would share should you be faced with the same question.  
Homes are at their cleanest at this time of year.  With all of the families visiting and festivities around us the homes are decorated beautifully!  Every sense a buyer has is touched in some way from the sights of homes … (12 comments)

happy holidays: 2007 Holiday House - Proceeds benefit The Healing Place of Wake County - 12/22/07 09:01 AM
Sharing, caring and giving.......nothing more eloquently describes the Holiday Season! 
If you are out and about tomorrow while getting that last minute shopping done a great place to stop in is the 2007 Holiday House.  The 2007 Holiday House is located in the Ramblewood section of North Hills and is open for Public Viewing today and tomorrow until 5 pm.  Proceeds from the $5 entry fee will benefit The Healing Place of Wake County which is a non-profit rehabilitation and recovery facility for homeless people with alcohol and rug dependancy in Wake County.  For directions and more information please visit the link ...... … (0 comments)

happy holidays: The Twelve Days of Christmas - Carolina Style! Day 8 - 12/20/07 04:27 PM
Durant Trails - It was awesome! It had to be one of the most decorated areas that we have seen yet! There was one picture that I wanted really bad for on here and it just didn't turn out - Santa on a Harley! Pretty awesome!
