The hurricane season is in full swing and I just dread the next few hours (days) for my family and friends in Florida.  That would be Mom, Dad, my brother Chris, a tremendous number of friends including a great friend Gail MacMillan.  While this storm may not be catastrophic it is worth repeating that you should be prepared for all storms no matter how big or small.

When purchasing a historic property, whether commercial or residential, it is important to seek out those that are well versed in the nuances of Historic Properties.
