Well, another story has come across the wire regarding a Homeowners Association and their reign over a neighborhood. I don't know about all of you but I have several blogs that I try and keep up with. There is, of course, Welcome To My Back Yard that is, by far, my favorite!

TMI - TOO MUCH INFORMATION!
I always wrestle with what to put in MLS, on outside flyers, on the website, etc. I have asked several well-respected associates in the past and the answer is always different.
One line of thinking is that if you put all the info "out there" whether it be on a flyer in the info box in front of the house or on your website then what is the incentive for a potential buyer to actually come and see the house for themselves?
