On most Listings Appointments I bring up the Absorption Rate of Wake Forest NC and I am more often than not met with a glazed over look like I am talking jibberish. The Wake Forest NC Real Estate Market had some interesting statistics for the month of September 2010. The first chart below represents the various Price Points for Homes for Sale in Wake Forest NC. While the chart represents only the dynamics of the 2010 market I do have statistics for a comparison to 2009. The most dramatic increases are seen in the Price Points below $300,000.00. The number of Homes for Sale up to $149,999 rose most notably 119% when compared to September 2009.
