In a time when the media is full of stories about the difficulty in the real estate market it is no wonder that people have been apprehensive about purchasing real estate. The thing is that the price of rent has continued to increase because landlord's are still feeling the pressure of ever increasing overhead costs. In New York City the price of renting an apartment rose so high that many have flocked to once less desirable areas. The gentrification of Harlem is a case in point. Titus are hosting the Annual South Ozone Park Street Festival on Saturday, September 8, 2007 from 11:00am until 6:00pm on Rockaway Boulevard between 131st Street/Lincoln Street & 135th Street. There will be plenty of entertainment including Rides, Games, Prizes, Giveaways, Rollerskating and other activities. Plenty of food, vendors and fun.
