Working on the internet is a wonderful tool but it has limited emotional connection unless you're a wonderful writer. Clients and prospective clients always have something to say behind my back. I used to be afraid of what they were saying until I found out what they were saying. Initially there wasn't much good being said because I didn't really give them anything worth talking about. Today I can proudly say that my clients and prospective clients have good things to say behind my back.
