craigslist: The Scammers Strike Again! - 04/02/07 12:42 PM

I'm highly entertained by the scammers and the routes that they will travel to separate me from my money....(they seem to be lacking the knowledge that it takes a strong presentation and a crowbar to accomplish THAT!).
Got this email today, generated by one of my listing advertisements on http://www.craigslist.org/.
GREETINGS ,
MY NAME IS MR JOHN THOMAS .
I LIVE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM ( UK ).
I SAW YOU YOUR ADVERT ONLINE CONCERNING YOUR HOME ( REAL ESTATE ) FOR SALE
I WOULD LOVE TO BUY YOUR HOME FOR MY ONLY SON ( CHILD ) AND HIS WIFE .

craigslist: vFlyer and craigslist, Powerful Combination! - 03/21/07 01:56 PM

Thanks, Missy Caulk! Missy posted about vflyer a few days ago and I signed up and built some flyers to put on craigslist. WOW oh WOW is all I can say! I got a legitimate buyer prospect who is looking to buy a home in Charlotte NC, inside of two hours after posting the vflyers. Maybe it's just luck, or maybe my listings stood out from the crowd with this cool tool.
