Selling a house is stressful. I don’t think that anyone will deny that, if they’ve been through it. No matter how great your listing agent is, and how perfectly your house is staged, and how low you’re priced…if you won’t let buyers in to see it, they can’t and won’t buy it.
Charlotte North Carolina’s real estate market is healthier than most. We currently have about 5.5 months’ inventory available, market-wide (statistics courtesy of Carolina Multiple Listing Services). highgate: Observations on Showing Houses Today~ - 02/16/07 08:03 PM
So I was out showing property today, always a treat. And these folks are in town for the third time, ready to make a decision. (The first trip was purely educational on areas, the second to clear the cobwebs and narrow a little, this third one is to actually purchase.)
My buyers have just about 95% decided that they're going to build, since this home is intended to be that proverbial last stop before the retirement/assisted living/nursing home.
