<p>Delicious Decors is working hard to get your business. We are currently working on two projects: one in Seabridge and the other in Santa Barbara. We are looking for more homes that need staging. With the Real Estate market floundering, we feel that it is incredibly important for Sellers to stage vacant properties. If you have a home that is not selling consider staging rather than a price reduction. We all know that reducing the price by only 10,000. does not help sell a home in this type of market. We feel that it is a better investment of a Seller's money to spend that on Staging! </p>
