I watched an informational video by the National Mortgage Post (click here to see it) regarding terms that Realtor's use in their ads.  Some of these terms we have used for decades could now place you in a position for a potential lawsuit IF it offends someone. 
 
Did you know "his or hers closets" or "master bedroom" could be offensive?  In fact, one appraiser stated they are no longer are allowed to use "master bedroom" any longer.  They now call it "main suite" or "main bedroom".
