HOMEOWNERS MAY BE ABLE TO LIST AT A PRICE OVER MARKET!HOMEOWNERS MAY BE ABLE TO GET A CONTRACT OF SALE AT A PRICE OVER MARKET!BUT CAN THEY CLOSE????
LET'S JUST SEE WHAT WE CAN GET!! 99% of the time, the owner is going to get MARKET VALUE, no more.
The owner wants to sell, The owner doesn't have to sell but wants to.The onwer is upside down.The list price will be significantly above market for the area.
