foreclosures in maryland: FORECLOSURES FOR SALE IN MARYLAND AND NORTHERN VIRGINIA. AND THE FAT LADY SANG! - 09/12/09 05:55 AM
FORECLOSURES FOR SALE IN MARYLAND AND NORTHERN VIRGINIA. OR. . . . . . DID THE FAT LADY SING?? Kevin Wood of Tucson offers an analysis of the foreclosure market in his area. I'm not acquainted with the details of the "foreclosure market" in other areas around the country. However, I am quite aware of our foreclosure market and it appears that it is OVER. Of course, the news is full of FORECLOSURES, FORECLOSURES, FORECLOSURES. KEVIN SPECULATES THAT THE BANKS ARE HOLDING THE FORECLOSURES OFF MARKET. I'm not sure that applies in the Maryland and Northern Virginia

foreclosures in maryland: MASSIVE FORECLOSURES COMING? THE MARKET IS SPEAKING LOUD AND CLEAR. - 11/25/07 01:24 AM
LOOKING TO THE FUTURE OF THE HOUSING INDUSTRY - LISTEN TO THE MARKET. Prices must come down. The problem with government intervention to avoid massive foreclosures is that it will probably take massive foreclosures to bring prices down. Many are bemoaning the impending foreclosures because they will: Depress prices in the neighborhood Cause financial hardship on the home ownersFACT: The mortgage documents signed by home buyers clearly said and are usually paraphrased by the title attorney conducting settlements as "you pay, you stay". FACT: Home prices for existing homes have remained high in many areas despite a dearth of home buyers. FACT: Real estate
